Custom Trip Policy

There is a NON-REFUNDABLE $25 research fee. This fee includes one destination of your choice with three different hotel quotes.

Custom trips require 1-4 business days to make and give a quote.

Once you receive a quote, you have 7 business days to make a deposit to hold the price that was given. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the price provided previously.

If a deposit is not in within 14 days, there will be another research fee applied to re-look at the destination.

We will not do any research until payment is received.
